Hi,
Since I am visiting my family for one and a half month (10.08 - 24.09) I am looking for a subtenant for my apartment for the period of time.
Feel free to contact me if you are interested and have questions.
It is very centraly located right at Rosenheimer platz where you can find s-bahn to connect to marienplatz by just 2 station. You can also find Isar near by and easily enjoy swimming to avoid hear wave in the middle summer.
You can find everything in the flat: queen size bed, fitted kitchen, work plafe, private toilet with bathtub. You can also play the yamaha digital piano.
Warm rent: 975, Deposit: 450.
The period to stay is negotiable. I will basically count 30 euros per day. If you take for the entire period, we can negotiate the price.
