Advantages:

- Nice big shared garden with plenty of bike parking places.
- Thick walls (not an old building).
Disadvantages:
- Small kitchenette with no sink: best for people who dont cook often.
- Excellent location: with the tram it takes 10 mins to the central station, 15 mins to Marienplatz, 20 mins to Universität.
- Rossman, Edeka, Aldi ~5 mins walk
- Vibrant surroundings, lovely little coffee shop by the corner, Rotkreuzplatz nearby.
- Olympiapark across the street: 20 mins walk to the center of the park.
As stated in the ad I am looking for someone starting **mid of August**.
Handover can already be done this week to arrange for your move as it is already empty.
Rent would only be requested for the two weeks of August.
