Das Apartment ist voll möbliert mit separater Küche (Kitchenette mit 2-Platten-Cerankochfeld, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Spüle) und eignem Bad. Leider kein Geschirr, Handtücher oder Decken vorhanden. Müsstest du dann selber mitbringen.
Im Keller steht steht ein Wasch- und Trockenraum Verfügung.

I offer my apartment (about 20 square meters) in the student dormitory from 01.04.2024 to 30.04.2024 for interim rent. The apartment is fully furnished with separate kitchen (kitchenette with 2-plate ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, sink) and private bathroom. Unfortunately no dishes, towels or blankets available. You would have to bring your own.
In the basement there is a laundry and drying room.

Die sehr ruhige Wohnlage ist ideal. Die U-Bahn-Station Freimann ist in zwei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Du bist mit dem PKW in ca. 20 Minuten am Flughafen, in 15 Minuten an der TU und zum Ausgehen, Shoppen und Essengehen sind es keine 5 Minuten bis nach München-Schwabing.
Der Englische Garten ist mit dem Fahrrad und zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten entspannt zu erreichen.

The very quiet residential area is ideal. The underground station Freimann can be reached in two minutes on foot. You are by car in about 20 minutes at the airport, in 15 minutes at the TU and for going out, shopping and eating out it is less than 5 minutes to Munich-Schwabing.
The English Garden can be reached by bike and on foot in a few minutes.

Die Wohnung wird nur an eine Person (Student/in, Auszubildender oder Praktikant/in) vermietet und ohne Haustiere. Keine Anmeldung möglich.
Sauberkeit ist super wichtig und ich hoffe, dass die Wohnung im gleichen Zustand zurückgegeben wird, wie sie gegeben ist.
Ich suche eine zuverlässige, nicht rauchende und ruhige Person für mein Apartment :)
