The whole apartment is about 33 to 35sqm . It would be considered a 1,5 room connected through a hallway to a separate kitchen and bathroom. There is also a balcony. The apartment is fully furnished.
There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement that is shared among the tenants. (you can buy the coins for the washing machine from the Hausmeister)
Please note that my belongings will be kept aside in the apartment.

Theresienwiese (where the Oktoberfest is) is 10 minutes walk away. There is a bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, post office and small bars and restaurants around the area. Sendling-Westpark is a 7 minutes walk away.
Getting around
There are 3 buses just 1 minute walk away from the apartment. There are also the U-bahns (Poccistrasse, Schwanthalerhöhe, Implerstrasse, Harras) that are about a 10 to 12 minutes walk from the apartment (or 2 minutes by the bus)
The apartment is facing a street and the noise from the streets do come into the apartment. However, my windows are truly soundproof and it would be fine as long as the windows are closed. This is my own apartment and hence I would request that you respect my belongings.
