You are completely independent with your own bathroom and kitchenette. A highlight is also the east-facing balcony. The whole complex is well maintained by a competent caretaker and cleaning service. In the washing rooms you can wash and dry your clothes without leaving the house with already installed washing machines against insertion of coins.

The bright room has optimal space. Above the corridor between bathroom and living room there is some storage space for e.g. suitcases. The east-facing balcony is perfectly suited i.e. for a balcony table and 2 chairs.

The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, double cooker and sink.

The warm rent for the unfurnished apartment is € 1.070,-, of which 80€ is an advance payment for additional costs. Electricity and internet registration must be done by yourself. There is a fibre optic connection for ultra high-speed internet.
