Kleine aber süße Wohnung im Hinterhof des Gebäudekomplexes. Ich wohne dort alleine und aufgrund eines 6 wöchigen Sozialen Projektes in Südafrika möchte ich meine Wohnung möbliert untervermieten.
Die Nachbarn sind freundlich und ruhig.
Die Küche ist relativ neu, ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Herd, und einer Kombi aus Mikrowelle und Backofen.
Die Wohnung ist hell und dank der Größe leicht ordentlich zu halten. Die Möbel (Bett, Komode, Kleiderstange bleiben drin.)
Ein Waschsalon ist fußläufig 4 min entfernt.
Direkt an der U1- Haltestelle Rotkreuzplatz. Bis zum Hauptbahnhof sind es circa 10 min. Unweit liegt der Kanal und das Schloss Nymphenburg.
In der Straße gibt es mehrere schöne und leckere Restaurants, am Rotkreuzplatz gibt es jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, vom Supermarkt bis zum Galeria Kaufhof. Auch das Krankenhaus ist sehr nah.

Die Wohnung eigent sich grandios für Studierende. Aber auch Berufstätige sind hier sehr willkommen. Ob männliche oder weibliche Unter Mieter*in ist mir nicht wichtig. Da habe ich keine Präferenz. Ich bin selbst männlich.
