Hallo zusammen,

ich suche zum 15. Mai oder spätestens 01. Juni 2025 einen Nachmieterin für mein ca. 20 qm großes, möbliertes Einzimmer-Apartment im Studierendenwohnheim Yugo Leonis in Münster.

Die Lage ist ideal: Der Aasee ist ganz in der Nähe, ebenso wie die Innenstadt und der Hauptbahnhof (etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß). Direkt vor dem Gebäude befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle. Einkaufen war noch nie so einfach – ein Supermarkt ist im selben Gebäude, weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Netto und Co. sind ebenfalls nur wenige Schritte entfernt (Hammer Straße). Das Zimmer liegt zur ruhigen Seite des Gebäudes, wodurch du morgens von der Sonne geweckt wirst und keinen Straßenlärm hast.

Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und die Warmmiete beträgt 844 Euro monatlich – es kommen keine weiteren Nebenkosten hinzu. Das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig und modern, und du hast es ganz für dich allein. Die Küche ist mit zwei Kochplatten, einem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und einer Mikrowelle ausgestattet.

Das Wohnheim bietet zahlreiche Annehmlichkeiten: einen Fahrradkeller, einen Gemeinschaftsraum im obersten Stockwerk mit tollem Ausblick über Münster, ein Kinozimmer, ein Fitnessstudio sowie einen Gamingraum. Abends ist es ein perfekter Ort, um mit anderen Studierenden in Kontakt zu kommen, sich auszutauschen oder einfach zu entspannen. Waschmaschinen und Trockner findest du im Keller des Gebäudes.

Die Wohnung bietet durch viele Einbauschränke und Regale eine clevere Nutzung des Raumes mit sehr viel Stauraum.

Ich suche vorrangig jemanden, der*die meine Wohnung für den Rest meines Mietvertrags übernimmt (bis Ende September 2025). Es besteht aber natürlich die Möglichkeit, den Vertrag anschließend direkt mit dem Wohnheim zu verlängern. Voraussetzung ist, dass du in Münster immatrikuliert bist.

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for a subtenant for my approximately 20 sqm furnished one-room apartment in the Yugo Leonis student residence available from May 15th or by June 1st, 2025.
The location is perfect: close to the Aasee lake on one side, and close to the city center and the main train station (15 minutes by foot) on the other. There's also a bus stop right outside the door. Grocery shopping has never been easier – the supermarket is practically in the same building, and Netto and other stores are also nearby (on Hammer Straße). Since the room doesn’t face the street, you won’t deal with street noise or anything like that. Plus, the sun streams through the large windows in the morning!

The apartment is furnished, and there are no additional costs beyond the all-inclusive rent of 844 euros. You'll have access to a well-equipped private bathroom, and the bathroom is also very spacious and modern. The kitchen is well-equipped with two hotplates, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave.

The student residence offers a bicycle storage room, a common room/party room on the top floor with a great view of Münster and lots of shared space, a gym, a cinema room, and even a gaming room. In the evenings, it’s a great place to meet other students, share experiences, and relax in the lounges. For laundry, there are washing machines and dryers in the basement of the building.

The apartment is characterized by smart use of storage space. With the many closets and shelves available, you'll have no problem storing your belongings.

I'm primarily looking for a subtenant to take over the remainder of my contract (until the end of September 2025), but there’s of course the option to extend the contract with the student residence afterward. It’s also important that you’re enrolled as a student in Münster.
