Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohn-und Schlafzimmer, einem Wintergarten in dem ein Schreibtisch und ein Kühlschrank steht sowie einem Bad und einer Küche. Im Flur gibt es einen großen Schrank. Die große Fensterfront zeigt nach Osten. Dort befindet sich auch der Balkon. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht, eine Mikrowelle oder Spülmaschine gibt es aber nicht. Die angegebenen Quadratmeter habe ich geschätzt. Es ist für eine Person jedenfalls angenehm viel Platz vorhanden.
The flat consists of a living/bedrom, a wintergarden with a desk and fridge, and a bathroom and a kitchen. There is a large wardrobe in the hall. The big windows face eastwards as well as the balcony. The kitchen is equipped with everything one needs, but I do not have a dishwasher or a microwave. I estimated the square meters, but I think the apartment has a nice size for one person.
Die Wohnung liegt im Hinterhaus der Hammer Straße. Von der Straße bekommt man nichts mit. Allerdings gehen vor dem Fenster Bahngleise vorbei und ab und an fahren Züge. Ich empfinde sie allerdings nicht als störend und durch den Blick auf die Gleise kommt viel Licht in die Wohnung. Es gibt zwei Buhaltestellen in der Nähe an denen die Linien 1, 9 und 5 halten. Der nächste Supermarkt ist Lidl und 5 Fahrradminuten entfernt.
The flat is located in the rear building at the Hammer Straße. You do not hear anything from the street. However, train tracks go past the house and sometimes trains come by. I do not find them disturbing though as the windows are well isolated. The view on the tracks lets a lot of light come into the flat though. Two busstopps are close by and the buslines 1,9 and 5 stop here. Lidl is the closest supermarket and five bike-minutes away.
Ich möchte meine Wohnung zwischenvermieten, weil ich für die Arbeit in Schweden bin. Ich habe recht viele Zimmerpflanzen (wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist) und es wäre mir wichtig, dass du als Zwischenmieter*in dir vorstellen kannst sie während du da bist zu gießen :)
I am sub-letting my apartment as I will be in Sweden for work. I do have quite many plants (as you can see on the pictures) and I hope you could water them while you rent the apartment :)
