Die Wohnung hat 47 qm, ist neu und modern, im EG, mit Terrasse zu einem Hinterhof (nicht privat). Sie hat 2 Zimmer, Küche und Bad. Die Adresse ist Weseler Straße, allerdings liegt die Wohnung Richtung Goebenstraße, keine Lärmbelästigung durch PKWs. Sie ist zentrumsnah, ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad ins Zentrum und ca. 10 min zum HBF. Direkt vor dem Eingang befinden sich Bushaltestellen, die in jegliche Richtungen fahren. Ca. 50 Meter entfernt ist ein REWE und ca. 250 Meter ein Netto zum einkaufen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich die Hammer Straße mit vielen Lokalen, Bars, Restaurants und kleinen Lädchen. Bis zum Aasee sind es mit dem Fahrrad auch ca 5 Minuten.
Mögliche Tiefgarage (70 euro). Allerdings hat mein Freund immer einen Parkplatz kostenlos gefunden.
