1-room apartment in private student residence in Gievenbeck 1-Zimmer Wohnung in privatem Studentenwohnheim in Gievenbeck

In July I leave my great 1-room apartment in Gievenbeck, as I do a semester abroad!

The apartment is for students of the university or FH and is about 28qm. It has a kitchenette with stove, fridge and storage room, a large bathroom with shower and the living area with a large window front. It is located on the 3rd floor (there is an elevator), the house was built in 2011.
Besides, there is a bicycle cellar, laundry room (also dryer) and the house administration is always helpful, friendly and takes care quickly!

Bus stops are just outside the door and buses come every 10min. Aldi and Rewe are walking in under 5 min. to reach, by bike you can also quickly get to Lidl or market shopping.

The warm rental is 590€, electricity is included there, Wlan is not.

In order to save moving stress (mir and you) I would like to hand out some furniture to my renter (dich) for a price of 500€!

This includes:

Bed (Ikea Hemnes 160x200)
Dining table with 4 chairs (Ikea)
Desk
Desk chair
Ikea Kallaks shelf
2 Ikea cabinets

Everything in good condition and well maintained:)

A parent guarantee is required for due apartment!

Im Juli ziehe ich aus meiner tollen 1-Zimmer Wohnung in Gievenbeck aus, da ich ein Auslandssemester mache!

Die Wohnung ist für StudentInnen der Uni oder FH und ist ca. 28qm groß. Sie hat eine Küchenzeile mit Herd, Kühlschrank und Stauraum, ein grosses Bad mit Dusche und den Wohnbereich mit einer großen Fensterfront. Sie liegt im 3. Stock (es gibt einen Aufzug), das Haus wurde 2011 gebaut.
Außerden gibt es einen Fahrradkeller, Waschraum (auch Trockner) und die Hausverwaltung ist immer Hilfreich, Freundlich und kümmert sich schnell!

Bushaltestellen liegen direkt vor der Tür und Busse kommen alle 10min. Aldi und Rewe sind Fußläufig in unter 5 min. zu erreichen, mit dem Fahrrad kommt man auch schnell zu Lidl oder Marktkauft.

Die Warmmiete beträgt 590€, Strom ist dort inklusive, Wlan nicht.

Um Umzugsstress (mir und dir) zu ersparen würde ich gerne an paar Möbel an meinen Nachmieter (dich) für einen Preis von 500€ abgeben!

Für due Wohnung wird eine Elternbürgschaft benötigt!
