I'm looking for a*n landlord*in for my beautiful 1-room apartment in absolutely best location.

The apartment is already fully furnished (bed, 2 closets, desk, desk chair, dining table, high chair), so that no more furniture has to be purchased. Of course, there is room for individual decoration.

Through the large windows comes a lot of daylight into the apartment. Electric shutters are available for darkening. The apartment is absolutely soundproof, in the 3 years I have neither heard the street nor the neighbors.

The large cabinets offer plenty of space. An absolute highlight is the new kitchen (I was the first renter) with fridge, freezer, 2 hobs, as well as a modern microwave with various functions, for example to bake pizza.

The bathroom is also large enough for a person.

The house includes a gym, a large communal kitchen, a room for learning, as well as on the last floor a room for events that can be easily reserved and that is already included in the rent! There are really 0.0 more costs for you.

Ich suche eine*n Nachmieter*in für meine schöne 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in absolut bester Lage.

Die Wohnung ist bereits vollkommen möbliert (Bett, 2 Schränke, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Esstisch, Hochstuhl), sodass keine Möbel mehr angeschafft werden müssen. Natürlich ist dennoch Platz für individuelle Dekoration.

Durch die großen Fenster kommt viel Tageslicht in die Wohnung. Zum Verdunkeln sind elektrische Rolladen vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist absolut schalldicht, in den 3 Jahren habe ich weder die Straße, noch die Nachbar*innen gehört.

Die großen Schränk bieten viel Platz. Ein absolutes Highlight ist die neue Küche (ich war die erste Mieterin) mit Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, 2 Herdplatten, sowie einer modernen Mikrowelle mit diversen Funktionen, zum Beispiel zum Pizza backen.

Das Bad ist ebenfalls groß genug für eine Person.

Zum Haus gehört ein Fitnessraum, eine große Gemeinschaftsküche, ein Raum zum Lernen, sowie in der letzten Etage ein Raum für Veranstaltungen, der einfach reserviert werden kann und das ist ALLES bereits in der Miete enthalten! Es kommen wirklich 0,0 weitere Kosten auf dich zu.
