ich biete meine kleine aber feine 1-zimmer-wohnung zum tausch gegen ein wg-zimmer an. die wohnung hat ein eigenes bad und eine kleine küchennische. außerdem steht ein kellerabteil und eine waschmaschine zur mitbenutzung zur verfügung. die wohnung liegt im hinterhaus, es ist also sehr ruhig.
die lage ist perfekt, direkt am ostbahnhof. anbindung an alle s-bahnen, sowie zur u 5, bus und tram. einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor der haustür. zur uni braucht man ca. 12 min, am hauptbahnhof ist man in 10 min, am marienplatz in 5min. außerdem ist das viertel haidhausen sehr schön.
die wohnung ist nur gegen ein tauschangebot zu haben. ich suche ein wg-zimmer mit mietkosten unter 350 euro. die wohnung sollte möglichst zentral liegen und am besten auch noch nette mitbewohner haben :-) ansonsten bin ich nicht sehr wählerisch. wenn du also genug vom wg leben hast, dann melde dich ^^
