Biete meine schöne 1,5 Zimmer Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an.
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, direkt neben der U6 (Haltestelle Holzapfelkreuth). Zahlreiche Einkaufmöglichkeiten (Penny und Lidl) sind direkt ein Haus nebenan. Apotheke und Post auch in der Nähe (5min zu Fuß).
Das Zimmer verfügt über ein NEUES Bett, welches im Oktober gekauft wurde und fast nicht benutzt wurde, da ich mich die meiste Zeit im Ausland aufgehalten habe. Küche wurde ebenfalls neu eingebaut und besitzt einen Ofen. (siehe Bilder)

Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Busse und U Bahn U6 sind in direkter nähe (1min zu Fuß) !
Man fährt bis zum Lahmer Platz ca 15 min mit dem Bus.
