Eine angenehme Atmosphäre bietet der Wohn-/Schlafraum mit Doppelbett, einem Bettsofa, TV und Esstisch. Der Balkon zum Innenhof lädt zum Verweilen im Grünen ein.
Das moderne High-Speed WLAN ermöglicht ein schnelles Surfen im Internet.
Zwei Fahrräder stehen Ihnen kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Quiet and centrally located
The studio apartment is newly renovated and houses 2 to 3 people. It has been tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you may need for a relaxing stay in Munich – whether for business or pleasure.
The apartment is approximately 35 square meters and consists of a hallway with a large wardrobe and some storage space, a modern bathroom with shower, and the main room. This combines dining and living area and has been furnished with a double bed, a sofa (large enough for comfortable sleeping), a TV and a kitchen table. The integrated kitchen contains a stove, a microwave (with grill), a dishwasher and a coffee machine. The balcony opens to the courtyard, offering a quiet spot to enjoy the beautiful Munich weather.
The apartment offers further extras:
• High-speed Wi-Fi, permitting trouble-free high-speed access to the internet
• Two bicycles that can be used free of charge during your stay
• Parking in the on-site garage for 5 EURO per day, if you arrive by car
• Coin-operated washing machines are available in the basement.
A fee of 45 EURO for cleaning service will be due at the end of your stay.
The apartment is located in Neuhausen, one of the most beloved neighborhoods of Munich. Neuhausen is known for its cafes, pubs, restaurants, shopping and cultural sites. Both the Nymphenburger Schloss (with its beautiful park) and the Botanical Garden are easily reached from the apartment. The U-Bahn station Rotkreuzplatz on the U1/U7 line is only a few minutes walk. From there, the central train station (Hauptbahnhof) is a short ride. Most of the city and its events, such as Oktoberfest, are within easy reach using the dependable and efficient public transport system (within about a 10 to 15 minute ride).

Este moderno apartamento de unos 35m2 ha sido totalmente renovado en el 2016, esta comprendido por una habitacion principal donde se une cama de matrimonio con un sofa y mesa para 4 personas. La cocina esta separada de la habitacion principal, en la entrada se encuentra un armario con espacio suficiente y la puerta del Aseo con Ducha.
Ideal para 2 personas con posibilidad de 2 mas con cama individual supletoria, sofa o colchon hinchable. La estancia es posible desde tres noches hasta unos meses
