Wegen eines Auslandsaufenthalts vermiete ich ab 15.04 oder auch 01.05 meine schöne Einzimmerwohnung im Stadtteil Neuperlach für ein Jahr unter. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnraum, einem Bad mit Wanne und einer seperaten Küche. Sie hat einen großen Balkon, mit schöner Aussicht. Die Wohnung ist Teilmöbliert, mit einem Bett, Kleiderschrank, Waschmaschine, Ablageflächen, Tisch und Küchenutensilien und ideal für eine Person. Sie befindet sich in einem Hochhaus im 8.Stock mit Blick auf die Alpen.
In der o.a." Kaltmiete " von 606 Euro sind schon alle Nebenkosten der Wohnung enthalten, also auch Strom und Internet.
Die Wohung liegt im 8.Stock in einem Hochhaus im Plievierpark im Stadtteil Neuperlach.
Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 2min entfernt und zur U5 Neuperlach Zentrum sind es ca. 6 Gehminuten. An der UBahnstation ist auch das PEP Einkaufscenter wo ihr alles bekommt was ihr braucht. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Aldi, Lidl, und Edeka sind auch nur wenige Gehminute von der Wohnung entfernt.
Ein kleines Kennenlerntreffen ist obligatorisch und würde ich ab nächster Woche, Mittwoch und Donnerstag Abend anbieten. Da ich das ganze Jahr über nicht in Deutschland sein werde, suche ich einen Zwischenmieter dem ich Vertrauen kann und der auch für die gesamte Zeitdauer in der Wohnung bleiben möchte.
