Hi,
I’m sub-renting a room in the student dorm in Studentenstadt. The bathroom/toilet is shared (4 toilets and 4 showers per floor).
The kitchen is shared with 8 persons; it has 4 stoves and a baking oven.
There are a basin and mirror inside the room. The room is very compartmentalized. It has built-in heating. The room has an intercom connection. Very good natural
lights. The view faces the English Garden and is very peaceful.
The floor has a big common room for social activities.
The rent is 350€ per month. One month’s rent is the deposit and it would be paid back in a week after the tenancy is over.
Studentenstadt bus and Ubahn stations are in 3/4 minutes walking distance. With Ubahn, the central stations and universities are just 10-15 minutes away.
Studentenstadt is a students-only neighborhood. There are lots of foreign students. The place is filled with student activities: weekly parties, sports, etc.
The building has a club called Kade. There are washing machine and cleaning facilities.
