Built in 2012, still fresh building is a student dorm ( not only students live there ) place with 120 small studios with friendly community. There is no KVR available. It is perfect for 1 person, but 2 would also fit. Everything is included: internet, kitchen, own bathroom, gym.
Das Gebäude ist neu, es wurde im 2012 gebaut. Es hat 120 gemütliche Studios und eine sehr nette Community (nicht nur Studenten). Die Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich. Perfekt für eine Person oder Pärchen. Es gibt alles was du brauchst: Internet, Küche, eigenes Bedezimmer und Fitnessstudio inklusive
Es ist neben der U6 Freimann Station. Das bietet einen schnellen Transport zum Zentrum !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!15min!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Die Gegend ist schön und ruhig. Es gibt alles was man braucht in der Umgebung. Ein großer Supermarkt REAL ist 15min zum Fuß.
It is next to Freimann U6 metro station which is a perfect connection to the city center. It is a nice neighbourhood with calm atmosphere. Everyone will find everything necessary in the surroundings. There is a huge real supermarket within 15m walking distance.
Die Mietezeit ist nur Mai. Also Ich habe schon jemanden gefunden, der ab Juni einzieht. Die Preis ist die Halbe von was ich bezahle also eine gute Angebot.
