- Furnished non-smoking apartment consisting of bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom - ideal for 1 person. Equipped with a box spring bed, wardrobe, workspace, WLAN, DVB-T television, heating, laminate flooring, soundproof windows.
- Bathroom with toilet / shower and hairdryer.
- Kitchen with fridge, kettle and 2 hotplates including cutlery and dishes.
- Bed linen and towels.
- Weekly cleaning.
- Excl. 50 EUR final cleaning fee.
- Deposit of one month's rent.
