Es handelt sich um eine 35qm große 1-Zimmer Wohnung mit Balkon. Die Pantry-Küche befindet sich allerdings separat in einem anderen verschließbaren Raum. Der Balkon ist auf der Sonnenseite und aus einem schönen Holz. Gerne besteht auch die Übernahme von Möbeln. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und jederzeit zur Hilfe, falls gewünscht. Auch die Nachbarn sind alle sehr nett.
Direkt vor der Tür befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, man ist mit dem Bus in 20 Minuten in Siegen. Mit dem Auto braucht man zur Uni nur ca. 10 Minuten. Der nächste Supermarkt ist zu Fuß auch ca 10 Minuten entfernt.
