The room is furnished (bed, desk, shelf, wardrobe) and has underfloor heating.

I am leaving an oven, a sofa that works as another bed, very good amount of kitchen stuff, broom, laundry box, thats the extra cost + radio taxes.

The room itself is 21m + shared kitchen and bathroom.

The room is very close to the Neu-Ulm University of Applied Sciences (about 10 minutes on foot). Kaufland supermarket is on the same street and can be reached on foot. The bus stop Memminger Straße is also right around the corner.

10 minutes to downtown Ulm. 29 underground parking spaces are available free of charge in the residential complex.

This is Mira, I am going back to my home country for the winter break, that's why I am renting my room.
Manda, 20 years old, lives in the flat share. She is studying at the HNU and is a very nice roomy :)

Since the room is a corner room you are so lucky that you're going to have 2 windows unlike the other rooms, which is usually one window. The extra window allows really strong fresh air, so there is no need to buy a fan in the summer.
