Hallo,
ich suche für meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung zum 01.01.2011 ggf. etwas später einen Nachmieter.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 37m² groß und wurde Mitte diesen Jahres komplett saniert.
Im Bad und im Flur besteht der Bodenbelag aus Anthrazitfliesen und im hellen Wohnraum liegt helles Laminat aus.
Einkafszentrum Rheinparkcenter ist zu Fuß in 3 Min zu erreichen und die S-Bahn und Straßenbahn in jeweils 5-7 Minuten. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vorm Einkaufszentrum (842).
Die Wohnung ist nicht renovierungsbedürftig, sehr hell und sehr zentral gelegen.
In die Düsseldorfer Innenstadt 10 Minuten sowie 5 Minuten in die Neusser Innenstadt.
