Studentenwohnung :)

Hoi allemaal, I am looking for a nice, small apartment for a reasonable price from January 1, 2016. I start a PhD at Radboud University and will stay 3,5 years in Nijmegen. Long-term or short-term rent would suit me. I am 26 years old, don´t smoke, without pets and always nice and clean ;) I like doing sports, cooking, meet friends and I am currently studying Dutch. Unfortunately, I am allergic against cats and horses. So I need to find a place without these cute animals. I like apartments with large windows and in calm surroundings.
