Shopping facilities (Penny, Norma, Rewe) are available in max.5 minutes.
Compared to the Kyk store with the necessary goods for home.
Easy to come home in the evening.

Die Tramstationen Wildhamstraße und Scheurlstraße sind direkt vor der Tür und zum Hauptbahnhof (Ubahn) braucht man zu Fuß ca. 8 Minuten.
Zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny, Norma, Rewe) ist man in max.5 Minuten gelaufen.
Gegenüber dem Kyk-Laden mit den notwendigen Waren für zu Hause.
Leicht zu kommen nach Hause am Abend.

I am a master student at the Academy of Fine Arts in Nuremberg. I rent my apartment for the time of the off-campus phase.
The apartment is awarded exclusively to individuals.

I use mobile internet, so there is no functioning wifi in the apartment, although the devices are available for it.

Ich bin Masterstudent an der Akademie der Bildenden Künste in Nürnberg. Ich untervermiete meine Wohnung für die Zeit der Off-Campus-Phase.

Die Wohnung wird ausschließlich an Einzelpersonen vergeben.

Ich nutze mobiles Internet, daher gibt es in der Wohnung kein funktionierendes Wifi, obwohl die Geräte dafür vorhanden sind.
