Wunderschöne 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in zentraler Altstadtlage nähe Hauptmarkt zur Zwischenmiete

Hallo!

Da ich im Sommer für ca sechs Wochen auf Reisen bin, wird in diesem Zeitraum meine schöne, gemütliche 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Nürnberger Altstadt frei.
Der exakte Zeitraum dafür ist noch verhandelbar, ein paar Tage +- .

Die Wohnung ist besteht aus einem geräumigen Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer, einem kleinen Flur, einer gemütlichen Küche und einem Bad mit Dusch-/Badewanne.
Flur und Zimmer sind mit schönem alten Parkett ausgestattet, Bad und Küche mit Fliesen.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbiliert, was von meinen Dingen in dem Zeitraum drin bleiben oder in den Keller soll, können wir dann gerne besprechen :)

Im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein Bett mit neuer Matratze, Regale, eine Gin- und Whiskey-Bar, antiken Schrank, und Schreibtisch sowie eine gut erhaltene und sehr bequeme 30er-Jahre-Couch mit Couchtisch.
In der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht (E-Herd, Ofen, Waschmaschine etc.).

Die Fenster sind hinten zum Garten raus, wo die Eichhörnchen vor dem Fenster in den Bäumen turnen.

Hello!

Since I'm traveling in the summer for about six weeks, during this period, my beautiful, cozy 1-bedroom apartment in the old town of Nuremberg will be free to rent.
The exact period is still negotiable, a few days + -.

The apartment consists of a spacious bed-/ living room, a small hall, a cozy kitchen and a bathroom with shower / bath.
Hall and rooms are furnished with beautiful old parquet, bathroom and kitchen with tiles.
The apartment is completely furnished, which of my things are going to staying the basement during that period we can still discuss :)

In the living room there is a bed with new mattress, shelves, a gin and whiskey bar, antique cupboard and desk as well as a well-preserved and very comfortable '30s couch with coffee table.
In the kitchen there is everything you need (electric stove, oven, washing machine etc.).

The windows are out the back to the garden, where the squirrels are playing in front of the window in the trees.
