Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine Einzimmer-Wohnung im schönen Stadtteil Johannis. Die Wohnung besteht aus einer seperaten offenen Küche mit zwei Kochplatten, Spüle und Kühlschrank, einem Bad mit Duschbadewanne und einem Zimmer mit Bettnische und großen Fenstern. Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Balkon.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in zentraler, ruhiger Lage. Die Straßenbahnhaltestellen Hallerstraße und Hallertor sind in 5-10 min. zu Fuß erreichbar und in 5 min. ist man mit dem Rad in der Innenstadt. In näherer Umgebung befinden sich ein Rewe, Netto, Backbude und eine Apotheke. Zum Sonnen oder Joggen liegt der Pegnitzgrund direkt vor der Tür.
Ich würde euch die Kücheneinrichtung und eine Waschmaschiene für 100 VB mit überlassen.
Für Studenten die kein festes Einkommen haben, ist eine Bürgschaft der Eltern nötig.
Bei Interesse freue ich mich auf eine Nachricht zwecks Besichtigung.
