Nachmieter gesucht füt 1-Zimmer-Studentenwohnung

Hallo zusammen,

da ich Deutschland verlassen werde, suche ich jemanden als Nachmieter für mein aktuelles Appartement.

Bitte beachten, da ich sehr begrenzt Zeit habe, akzeptiere ich nur Bewerber/in, wer von 20-23 Februar für anschauen kommen und entscheiden kann.

Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem Studentenwohnheim und wurde im Jahr 2012 neu erbaut. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und verfügt über alle notwendigen Elektrogeräte. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt. Sie liegt in der Nähe des Wöhrdersees, und die Bushaltestelle "Lienen 36" ist nur 100 Meter entfernt. Die U-Bahn-Stationen U2 und U3 sind ebenfalls in 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Für das Bett im Zimmer muss man 50 Euro Ablöse zahlen. Die anderen kleinen Dinge kann man noch schauen und diskutieren.

As I will be leaving Germany, I am looking for someone to take over my current apartment.

As I'm doing this in a very limited time, I only accept appliers who can come between 20-23 February in the Adresse, for room checking, talking and decide.

The room is located in a student dormitory and was newly built in 2012. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary electrical appliances. The location is perfect, near the Wöhrdersee, and the bus stop "Lienen 36" is only 100 meters away. The U2 and U3 subway stations are also reachable within a 7-minute walk.

There is a transfer fee of 50 euros for the bed in the room. The other small things can be discussed, wether to take or not.
