Accomodation / One room apartment for international student

Hello dear fellows!

Syed Usama Tahir here from Karachi, Pakistan.
I'll be starting my masters in Technische Hochschule Nuremberg from March 2024 and currently searching for an accomodation. My program is International Finance and Economics for a duration of two year i.e. four semesters.
I am single and will be living alone (no family members along with me).

I would like to have my accomodation to be fully furnished and close to my university i.e. TH Nuremberg. Minimum area should be 12 meters square. Further more, separate kitchen and bathroom would be favourable.

I am a well disciplined and responsible individual who ensures to maintain trust of other people. I guarantee that I will respect the agreement with my landlord and look after it just like my own home.

My hobbies include watching films and theater shows, doing exercise / gym, walking in a park and listening music. I like electro / house music and thriller and comedy movies. I don't smoke and don't have pets.
