Suche Nachmieter für eine 20m2 Wohnung in der Südstadt (nähe Hbf, Oper, Christuskirche). Die Wohnung ist hell, besitzt eine Küchenzeile und ein kleines Duschbad. Außerdem ist eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung vorhanden (U1 - Aufseßplatz, Straßenbahnlinie 8). Die Wohnung wäre evtl. auch schon vor dem 01.09. frei.
