Hi everyone! I’m moving out of my apartment in July and looking for someone to take over.
The apartment is a modern studio located by Nordostbahnhof, 5min metro to Nurnberg city center and the Adidas is right in front of the building.
The rent is 534euros a month including heating, water, electricity and internet and fully furnished. The housing is a student housing with many international people and English speaking staff. Also a mall right next to it and all services in the area.
