Die 1-Zi-Whg verfügt über das Zimmer (ca 20 qm), einen Flur, eine separate Küche, ein Duschbad und einen Abstellraum (von mir als Kleiderschrank genutzt). Im Zimmer liegt Teppichboden, ansonsten Fliesen. Die Küche ist erst wenige Jahre alt und hat Ofen und Cerankochfeld, Kühlschrank etc. Zur Möblierung: Schlafsofa, Tisch, Stühle, Regale, Kommode etc bleibt alles in der Wohnung, was die Zwischenmiete doch sehr erleichtert. Fernseh- und Internetanschluss vorhanden (nach Absprache).
Die Wohnung liegt super ruhig in einer Sackgasse, die Parkmöglichkeiten sind perfekt. Zur Tälesbahn (Haltepunkt Roßdorf) sind es zu Fuß ca 10 min, zum Bäcker ca 5 min, Einkaufszenztrum mit real und der Campus Braike der HfWU sind 15 min zu Fuß entfernt. Mit dem Rad ist man in ca 20 min in der Altstadt.
Vermietet werden kann an jeden, bevorzugt an einen/eine Studenten/Praktikanten für den Zeitraum August 2015-Februar 2016, da ich ein Praktikum absolviere und deshalb nicht in Nürtingen bin. Melde dich einfach per mail bei mir, erzähl kurz, was dich nach Nürtingen führt, und dann machen wir einen Termin zum Besichtigen aus :D
