Hallo!!
Da ich bald ausziehe(mitte Juli) suche ich dringend einen netten oder auch eine nette Nachmieterin für meine 37 qm Wohnung in Oberhausen.
Die Wohnung ist in zwei Bereiche geteilt, zum einen eine Wohnküche, von dort gelangt man in das Bad, jedoch auch in das Wohn/Schlafzimmer. Die Räume sind gut aufgeteilt und für eine Person super geeignet.
Die Wohnung liegt nach hinten raus, ist also sehr ruhig und auch die Nachbarn sind super.
Ich habe wirklich gern hier gewohnt, jedoch muss ich aus beruflichen Gründen umziehen.
Zu den Kosten:
Die Miete mit allem drum und dran beträgt 295 Euro, wenn ihr noch den Telefon/Internetanschluss von mir behalten wollt kommen noch 25 Euro dazu(Alice).
