Hier wird ab 01. April 2016 ein VOLLMÖBLIERTES 1-Zimmer Apartment im (ehemaligen) Geisenheimer Studentenwohnheim frei.
Eingerichtet ist es mit einer Pantryküche: Kühlschrank, Hängeschrank und Herd mit zwei Kochplatten.
Das Apartmenthaus liegt sehr schön direkt am Rhein in der Nähe der FH und der Forschungsanstalt!!
Die EBS in Oestrich-Winkel ist mit dem Auto/Bahn in 10 Min. erreichbar. Oder mit dem Bus 171 in 20 Min.
Waschmöglichkeit im Waschkeller vorhanden. Es gibt Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder und reichlich Parkplätze.
Fußweg zur Bushaltestelle 50 m. Zum großen Einkaufsmarkt 300 m, zum Rhein nur wenige Meter!

The 1-room-apartment in the former students hostel of Geisenheim is fully furnished including pots, dishes, microwave oven, iron, chairs, table, cupboard etc etc, everything you need for immediate living!
The apartment is equipped with a pantry-kitchen: fridge, cupboard and a 2-way stove.
You can use public washing machines in the basement. Space/parking for bicycles and cars are
available and for free.
The house is beautiful located very close (5 min walk) to the river rhine, distance to a bus-stop is just 50 meters, to a general store 300 meters. To EBS Business School by train 10mins/ by bus 171 20mins.
The mounthly rate INCLUDES everything (electricity, heating, water etc), except internet, you have to care for yourself.
You can have a look everytime, just call. We speak english, german.
