Die Wohung besitzt ein großes Tageslichtbad und eine gut ausgestattete Einbauküche.
Die Fenster sind sowohl nach Westen als auch nach Osten ausgerichtet, sodass fast den ganzen Tag Licht in die Wohnung fällt. Die Fenster in Küche und Bad liegen auf der Innenhof Seite.
Der Schlaf- und Wohnbereich ist ca. 20 qm groß.
Die Küche ist ca. 10 qm groß und bietet genug Raum zum frühstücken und gemütlichem beisammen sitzen.
Der Offenbacher Hauptbahnhof ist zu Fuß ca. 7 min. entfernt.
Der nächste Supermarkt ( Rewe) ist zu Fuß 3 min. entfernt.
In direkter Umgebung befinden sich zwei super leckere Restaurants. Eines mit italienischer Küche und eines mit türkischer Küche. DIe Nachbarn sind ruhig und sehr freundlich.
