Hallo Wohungssuchende,
Ich suche eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für meine Einzimmerwohung in Offenbach, Ledermuseum. Der Zeitraum ist vom 15.10 - 31.12, also zweieinhalb Monate.
Die Wohung ist im 5 Stock. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, aber dafür hat man auch einen netten Ausblick vom Balkon. Die Wohung besteht aus einem kleinen Flur, einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne (kein Fenster), einem hellen Zimmer mit Zugang zu einer abgetrennter Küche (Waschmachine, kleine Spühlmachine) und einem großen Balkon.
Die Wohung ist moebliert: Grosses Bett (160x200), Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Regal.
Die Wohunug befindet sich in einer guten Lage. Das Haus steht in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und ist nur 3min von der S-Bahn Station Ledermuseum entfernt (9min zur Konstabler Wache, 14min bis Frankfurt Hbf). In unmittelbarer Nähe findet man Supermärkte (Lidl, Rewe, Norma), Restaurants, Cinemaxx, Sparkasse, Apotheke etc.
