One Room Apartment Request

Hey !
I'm Sergio (25 years old Spanish physicist working here at DLR interested in Quantum Computing). I like to make jokes to have some fun talking but I also enjoy having my own space. In my free time I go to bouldering (Oldenbloc is the first place I tried that and I love it but still learning the basics movements), do some sport, read a book (sci-fi) and playing viodeogames with my girlfriend (she is studying in Spain so in this way we spent time together).
I don't like parties at all (I mean chill out parties playing cards in a pub is fine, but I do not like big parties with disco music).
I consider myself a kind, calm and clean boy. I have a cleaning plan and it's important to me not only have my personal room cleaned but also the common areas such as kitchen, living room, bathroom and corridors.


I am looking for a flat for first of September. The extension on the contract can be discussed.

( of course we can meet at some point in Bar Celona to have a coffee and see if I fit in your flat)
