Hey,
da ich ab kommenden Semester mit meinem Freund zusammen ziehen werde, wird ab dem 1.12. eine wünderschöne 1ZKB direkt in der Innenstadt von Osnabrück frei.
Die Wohnung liegt am Neumarkt, sodass es wirklich sehr gute Busverbindungen gibt (10 min. zu HS Westerberg) und man zu Fuß alle Einkäufsmöglichkeiten erreichen kann (Edeka, Ihr Platz 5 min.)
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 32 m² groß. Der Wohnraum beträgt davon ca. 18 m². Dieser ist sehr schön hell ( 3 Fenster!!!). Das Bad verfügt über eine Dusche. Die Küche sollte vom Nachmieter übernommen werden (VB).
Dies alles bekommt ihr für günstige 320 Euro warm monatlich!!! und das auch ohne Kaution.
