ich suche jemanden, der mein 1-Zimmer Appartement in der Wiesenstr. nahe am Stadtzentrum, zum 01.03 oder 01.04.2013 übernehmen möchte. Das Appartement wird an Studenten oder Auszubildende vermietet und ist daher so günstig. Es verfügt über ein 1,60m breites Hochbett, so dass viel Stellplatz für Schreibtisch u.ä. im Wohnraum bleibt, außerdem über ein seperates Bad und eine kleine Küchenzeile. Die monatliche Miete beträgt 290 Euro warm. Bei Interesse freu ich mich über Deinen/ Ihren Anruf.
Das Appartement ist sehr Zentral gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen z. B.Johannesstraße knapp 5 Min.
Bis zum Neumarkt 5-7 Min. und auch das Schloß ist in knapp 5 Min erreichbar.
