Ich vermiete meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung von Ende Dezember bis einschließlich März unter. Dabei sind die Daten flexibel, du kannst also auch gerne erst ab Januar einziehen und/oder nur bis Mitte März bleiben. Die Wohnung ist mit den wichtigsten Dingen ausgestattet wie Internet, Herd, Ofen, Toaster, Wasserkocher und sogar mit einem Massagestuhl! ;) Die Wohnung hat allerdings keine Waschmaschine. Ich gehe immer ein paar Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt für einen Euro waschen und kann dir dann gerne berichten wo.
I am renting my 1-room apartment from the end of December until the end of March. The dates are flexible, so its fine if you want to move in in January and/or only stay until mid-March. The apartment is equipped with the most important things like internet, stove, oven, toaster, water boiler and even with a massage chair! ;) The apartment has no washing machine. I always wash for one euro a few minutes walking from here and can then tell you where to go.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Innenstadt ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom Heger Tor entfernt und 5 min von der Uni (Schloss). Busse sind innerhalb von einer Minute zu erreichen, der Altstadt-Bahnhof sowie Hauptbahnhof in ca. 15 min. Evtl. kann ich dir für die Zeit auch mein Fahrrad leihen. Fenster und Balkon gehen zu einer ruhigen Straße hin. Da die Wohnung über einer Shishabar liegt riecht es im Flur manchmal nach Shisha und man hört ab und zu abends Stimmen. Im Winter ist es allerdings weitgehend ruhig.
The apartment is located in the city center about 2 minutes walking from Heger Tor and 5 minutes from the university (castle). Buses can be reached within one minute, the old town train station and the main train station in about 15 minutes. Possibly I can also lend you my bike during that time. Window and balcony go to a quiet street. Since the apartment is located above a shishabar it sometimes smells like shisha in the corridor and you can hear voices every now and then. However, in winter it is rather quiet.
