Ab 02.2013 (am frühesten,01.2013 muss noch darüber sprechen)suche ich ein/e Nachmieter/in für mein 1-Zimmer Appartement(ca.20^2).
Die Wohnung ist mit kleiner Küchenzeile mit 2 Kochplatten, Kühlschrank und Wandschranke. Eine teilüberdachte Terrasse gehört auch dazu.Im Keller befinden sich Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine und -trockner.
Im Mietpreis 300€ sind die Kosten (Wasser, Gas,NK).
Die Wohnung ist direkt in der Wüste gelegen, zur Uni sinds mit dem Rad ca. 5-10 Minuten, ein Bus fährt direkt vor der Tür.Netto, Edeka, Rewe, alles ist mit dem Fuß in 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen.
Bett, Kleiderschrank und Regal kann auch übernommen werden.
