Hallo,
suche ab 01.08.2011 bzw. 15.08.2011 bzw. 01.09.2011 eine 1 bis 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Osnabrück. Schön wäre nahe der FH (Caprivistraße). Ich bin 20 Jahre alt, Nichtraucher, Bankkaufmann und ab WS 2011 Student.
Mietbürgschaft durch die Eltern vorhanden, SCHUFA (request now) etc. kein Problem. Mögliche Abstandszahlungen ebenfalls kein Problem.
