Looking to rent a single or shared apartment anywhere in the vicinity of Paderborn

My name is Giacomo and I am starting my Master's degree in Neuroscience at Paderborn University in October. I am looking preferably for a single apartment in the vicinity of Paderborn or any city adjacent. Hopefully there are places that start renting in the beginning of october despite my arrival in early september. Currently I have a full-time job, so I am able to pay rent without any problems (within my price range), and intend on working once I arrive in Germany, so my stream of income will be consistent to pay for rent. The ideal maximum rent would be close to 350/400 Euros per/month with about 10-20 m2 of space. I am tidy, punctual, and organized.
