1 zimmer Appartment, not shared

Hallo to everyone!

I am 23 years old, i am doing my practice in Paderborn and i am searching for a new small flat in the city center. After the end of my practice here i want to find a job and to apply for a master programme in the University of Paderborn(in order for this to be succesful i have fist to learn German, so i have just started the German lessons and i am very optimistic).

I do a lot of sport activities so i do not want to waste a lot of time back and forth from my flat to the city center (unfortunately the buses in Paderborn are not so often and i can not move by my bicucle all the day because in the end i am exhausted).

I am not a smoker and am very strict with cleaning the house. This is the reason why it is difficult for me to have a WG , because i want the share rooms (bathroom and kitchen) to be cleaned every day.

So, if someone wants to rent a small flat (with its own kitchen and bathroom) and it is very close to the city center, please inform me.
