I’m an Italian 23years old student and i’m going to come in Paderborn in September for 10/12 months studying at the paderborn university.
I have seen many adv aobut small flats, and i would like to know if it will be free in september, if it is well/easy connected to the uni and any other informations about renting the flat, ‘cause i have never done it before, are there any other costs? how would it be the total amount including water and gas? internet connections? washing machines?
I’m really sorry for making you all this questions, but, as i’ve said, i’m not really informe about renting in germany.
