Ich bin derzeit ein "Student" auf dem Westfalen-Kolleg Paderborn und hole mein Abitur nach.
Ich suche, wie im Titel schon steht, eine Wohnung mit mindestens 25 qm Wohnfläche aber nicht teurer als 300€ warm. Mehr lässt mein Bafög leider nicht zu.
Ich bin Nichtraucher, ohne Haustier, veranstalte keine Partys und bin generell ein sehr freundlich Mieter/Nachbar.
