Long term accomodation

I am going to join university of Paderborn for pursuing Masters in Computer Science (Informatics) for this winter semester 2019. I need a room for rent near university of paderborn from 1st Oct. So looking for an accommodation for long term with contract.
I am basically a calm going person and likes to keep everything clean and tidy. I don't have any smoking or drinking habits. My interests are reading books, cycling, jogging, and always love to learn new interesting stuff. Also I spend most of my time learning new technologies and improve myself technically.
