Trainee lawyer looking for sublet in August

ich bin Natalia, 27-jährige Referendarin, auf der Suche nach einer möbilierten 1-Zimmer-Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete in Paris. Ich werde für meine Referendarstation bei einer internationalen Kanzlei (im 9. Arrondissement) im August in Paris sein und suche daher eine Zwischenmiete in der Nähe.

Ich bringe alle wichtigen Voraussetzungen für ein unkompliziertes Mietverhältnis mit: Einkommen als Rechtsreferendarin, positive SCHUFA (request now) , Haftpflichtversicherung, Nichtraucherin, keine Haustiere, keine lauten Hobbies.

Ich bin eine sehr ordentliche und zuverlässige Person und lege großen Wert auf ein gutes Verhältnis zur Nachbarschaft und Vermieter:in. Meine Arbeit in der Kanzlei und das Lernen für mein zweites Staatsexamen werden viel Zeit in Anspruch nehmen, daher suche ich eine eher ruhige Wohnung.

Idealerweise suche ich nach einer Gesamtmiete von bis zu 700 € und einem Mietbeginn ab 31.07.2023. Ich freue mich aber auch über Angebote und Hinweise, die den angegebenen Kriterien nicht vollständig entsprechen.

I am Natalia, 27-year-old trainee lawyer, looking for a furnished 1-bedroom apartment for interim rent in Paris. I will be in Paris in August for my legal traineeship at an international law firm (situated in the 9th arrondissement) and therefore I am looking for an intermediate rental nearby.

I bring all the important requirements for an uncomplicated tenancy: Income as a legal trainee, positive SCHUFA (request now) , liability insurance, non-smoker, no pets, no noisy hobbies.

I am a very neat and reliable person and value a good relationship with the neighborhood and landlord. My work in the court and studying for my second state exam will take up a lot of time, so I am looking for a rather quiet apartment.

Ideally, I am looking for a warm rent of up to 700 € and a start of the lease from 31.07.2023. However, I am also happy to receive offers and hints that do not fully meet the stated criteria.

Je suis Natalia, stagiaire de 27 ans, à la recherche d'un appartement meublé d'une pièce pour une location intermédiaire à Paris. Je serai à Paris en août pour mon stage dans un cabinet d'avocats international (dans le 9ème arrondissement) et je cherche donc une location intermédiaire à proximité.

J'apporte toutes les conditions essentielles pour une location sans complication : Revenu en tant que stagiaire en droit, SCHUFA (request now) positif, assurance responsabilité civile, non-fumeur, pas d'animaux domestiques, pas de hobbies bruyants.

Je suis une personne très ordonnée et fiable et j'attache beaucoup d'importance aux bonnes relations avec le voisinage et le bailleur:in. Mon travail au cabinet d'avocats et mes études pour mon deuxième examen d'État me prendront beaucoup de temps, c'est pourquoi je cherche un appartement plutôt calme.

Idéalement, je recherche un loyer total pouvant aller jusqu'à 700 € et un début de location à partir du 31.07.2023, mais j'apprécie également les offres et les indications qui ne correspondent pas entièrement aux critères indiqués.
