My name is Nihala Hashir and I am very interested in any rooms that you are offering as mentioned for students of Deggendorf Institute of Technology in the ECRI (European Campus Rottal-Inn) in Pfarrkirchen. I am a 25 year old female, coming from Dubai, United Arab Emirates but Indian by nationality and I am going to be studying M. Sc. In Healthy and Sustainable Buildings at ECRI campus starting from March 15, 2023 by online classes and May 15, 2023 in campus (I will be reaching Germany by May only). I am currently living in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and I was born and brought up here itself. I am searching for a place to stay in Pfarrkirchen as my on-campus classes start from May 15, 2023. I also have female students in my same course who are also looking for rooms as well.

März 2023 durch Online-Kurse und am 15. Mai 2023 auf dem Campus (ich werde Deutschland erst im Mai erreichen). Ich lebe derzeit in Dubai, Vereinigte Arabische Emirate und bin selbst hier geboren und aufgewachsen. Ich suche eine Unterkunft in Pfarrkirchen, da mein Präsenzunterricht am 15. Mai 2023 beginnt. In meinem Studiengang habe ich auch Studentinnen, die ebenfalls Zimmer suchen.

Ich bin eine sehr verantwortungsbewusste und ruhige Person, die sicher sein wird, dem Besitzer des Ortes, an dem ich wohnen würde, keine Probleme zu bereiten. Zur Finanzierung meines Studiums auf dem ECRI-Campus der Technischen Hochschule Deggendorf habe ich ein Sperrkonto mit den Mitteln gemäß Visumspflicht (11.208 Euro) und werde dort auch einen Nebenjob finden, sobald ich Deutschland erreicht habe.
