Die Wohnung liegt in einem Hinterhof bei der Altstadtkirche und ist ruhig gelegen. 10 Min Fußweg in die Innenstadt und um die Ecke der Enzauenpark. Eine Kochnische ist vorhanden. Da die Wohnung südlich gelegen ist, ist es sehr hell auch wenn sich die Wohnung im EG befindet.
Da ich in eine WG ziehe suche ich einen Nachmieter ab dem 01.12.2012. Da die WOhnung über eine Hausverwaltung verwaltet wird, muss Zahlungsfähigkeit gewährleistet werden und bei Studenten z.B. eine Bürgschaft der Eltern vorgelegt werden. Provision ist nicht vorhanden.
