Hi,
ich vermiete meine Studentenwohnung von August 2018 bis Februar 2019 unter.
Die Wohnung befindet sich beim Kupferdächle, also auch in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Innenstadt.
Sie ist 30 qm groß (durch die Schrägen ist sie insgesamt jedoch größer), verfügt über ein Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, eine separate Küche, einen Flur, ein Badezimmer und einen Kellerraum.
In dem Preis ist alles dabei (also sprich: Heizung, Strom, Müllgebühren, GEZ, Internet...)
Außerdem habe ich extra noch einen Parkplatz angemietet, der natürlich auch dabei wäre.
Bevorzugen würde ich eine junge Studentin, Auszubildende ö. Ä.
