Ich bin auf der suche nach einer 1-Zimmer Wohnung bis max. 35 Quadratmeter.
Die Warmiete soll max. 400 Euro betragen.
Die Wohnlage sollte in der Innenstadt bzw. Weststadt sein, da es mir wichtig ist, gut zu meiner Arbeitsstelle zu kommen.
Ich bin 29 Jahre alt, arbeitstätig und ein sehr ruhiger Mensch und ein Nichtraucher.
